I hope you find your purchases from Bonnie Rae Boutique amazing!  However, I understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.  Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase.  After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.  

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Ship your items to Bonnie Rae Boutique, 3801 Edenberry Court, Owensboro, Kentucky 42303.  Please include the packing slip with your return.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, odor free and with tag attached.  Bonnie Rae Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if the above mentioned conditions are not met.

Items purchased in the SALE category on the site are FINAL SALE.

Holiday Returns

Gift orders purchased from November 1st through December 25th may be returned until January 8th.  Please fill out the return form before shipping your order back. If you wish to exchange your gift for a different size please email us at shopbonnieraeboutique@gmail.com.  Gifts can be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card.  Once we receive your item with the receipt and tags attached, a gift card will be sent to the email provided on the return form.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order.  Please email a picture of the damage to shopbonnieraeboutique@gmail.com.  In the subject line of your email please put "damaged."  After the damage is reviewed, I will email you a prepaid return label.  Once you've received the label, please send back the damaged item within 7 days.
